This candidate will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales opportunities. In order to be successful in this role and meet or exceed quota, this candidate should feel comfortable communicating with prospects via phone and email who are discovered through a variety of avenues.

We are looking for Remote Support Engineer for BAS-IP, NEC, Matrix Intercom products, Bosch, and Opex intrusion products.

Remote Support Engineer Responsibilities:

1. Offer seamless support experience for collaboration and security products to all associates.

2. Interact with peer, next level team for issues unresolved and drive the situation till the closure.

3. Assist associates in their day to day issues related to collaboration tools.

4. You will be responsible for assisting the business in supporting INTERCOM & INTRUSION related issues, ensure the smooth run of events in the VC rooms, training rooms and cafeteria.

5. Supporting and solving meeting rooms issues reported via ticketing tool, telephone, and emails.

6. Take ownership of user problems and resolve the problems on behalf of the user and communicate progress in a timely manner.

7. Perform routine health check of the INTERCOM & INTRUSION equipment’s in all the meeting rooms and take an action accordingly for issues noticed if any.

8. Troubleshooting of AV related problems in VC rooms, meeting rooms, training rooms and cafeteria AV equipment’s.

9. Troubleshoot Intercom & Intrusion equipment’s – NEC, Matrix, Visonic,BAS-IP,BOSCH ,OPTEXetc.

10. Diagnose, identify, and resolve the tickets assigned within the SLA.

11. Offer superior associate experience and take optimal decisions if need be.

 

Skills :

  • Previous experience working as a VoIP network engineer.
